近日，国家市场监督管理总局（国家认监委）发布了《市场监管总局关于加强认证信息报送和认证证书信息查询管理的公告》（2026年第28号），自2026年9月30日起施行。

为贯彻落实公告要求，便于社会各界及时、准确核验认证证书的真实性与有效性，现将我机构认证证书信息查询方式的调整安排通知如下：

一、认证证书查询渠道

（一）按照国家认监委制定的认证规则出具的证书：包括质量管理体系认证、环境管理体系认证、职业健康安全管理体系认证、信息技术服务管理体系认证、信息技术安全管理体系认证、测量管理体系认证、食品安全管理体系认证、危害分析与关键控制点（HACCP）体系认证、电线电缆强制性产品认证、照明电器强制性产品认证、电动自行车强制性产品认证、燃气燃烧器具强制性产品认证、低压元器件强制性产品认证等，可通过全国认证认可信息公共服务平台（https://cx.cnca.cn/CertECloud/result/skipResultList）进行证书基本信息查询，也可通过我机构官方网站进行查询。

（二）按照认证机构自行制定的认证规则出具的证书，国家认监委网站不再提供此类证书的查询入口，请通过我机构官方网站进行查询。

（三）我机构官方网站为第一查询渠道，可提供实时的证书有效性信息。我机构官方网站地址为www.qtctc.org，具体查询路径：登录机构官网首页，进入“证书查询”专栏，选择您所需要查询的证书类别，输入企业全称或证书编号，即可实时核验证书有效状态。

二、相关说明

（一）查询渠道调整不直接改变证书效力

本次查询渠道调整本身不改变认证证书的效力。证书是否有效，应结合其有效期、当前状态及认证范围等信息核实。已暂停、撤销或到期的证书，应按其实际状态处理。

（二）认证机构承担证书信息查询服务责任

根据28号公告要求，认证机构应提供免费、实时、便捷的认证证书有效性查询服务，并对所提供认证信息的真实性、准确性和完整性负责。获证客户及相关方可通过中诚认证官方网站查询。

（三）国家认监委网站查询不到不等于证书无效

按照认证机构自行制定的认证规则出具的证书，应通过认证机构提供的方式查询。因此，在国家认监委网站查询不到此类证书，并不代表证书无效或失效。请相关方优先通过我机构官方网站进行核验，以确保获取最准确的证书状态信息。若查询过程中遇到任何疑问，请及时与我机构客服联系，我们将安排专人协助您完成核验。客服联系方式：020-89232333。

Notice of CTC on Adjusting the Query Methods
for Certification Certificate Information

September 30, 2026

To all certified organizations and relevant parties:

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation (the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China, CNCA) issued the "Announcement of the SAMR on Strengthening the Reporting of Certification Information and the Query Management of Certification Certificates" (No. 28 of 2026), which shall take effect from September 30, 2026.

In order to implement the requirements of the above Announcement and to facilitate the timely and accurate verification of the authenticity and validity of certification certificates, the adjustments to our institution’s query methods for certification certificate information are hereby notified as follows:

I. Query Channels for Certification Certificates

(1) For certificates issued in accordance with the certification rules formulated by CNCA, which include: Quality Management System certification, Environmental Management System certification, Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification, Information Technology Service Management System certification, Information Security Management System certification, Measurement Management System certification, Food Safety Management System certification, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system certification, as well as compulsory product certifications for wires and cables, lighting appliances, electric bicycles, gas-burning appliances, and low-voltage electrical components, basic information of such certificates may be queried through the National Certification and Accreditation Information Public Service Platform (https://cx.cnca.cn/CertECloud/result/skipResultList), and may also be queried through our institution’s official website.

(2) For certificates issued in accordance with certification rules formulated independently by certification bodies, the CNCA website no longer provides a query entry for such certificates; please query them through our institution’s official website.

(3) Our institution’s official website is the primary query channel and can provide real-time certificate validity information. The website address is www.qtctc.org. Specific query path: log in to the homepage of our official website, enter the "Certificate Query" column, select the category of certificate you need to query, and enter the full company name or the certificate number to verify the certificate’s valid status in real time.

II. Related Explanations

(1) The adjustment of query channels does not directly change the validity of a certificate

The adjustment of query channels in itself does not change the validity of a certification certificate. Whether a certificate is valid should be verified by taking into account its validity period, current status, certification scope and other relevant information. Certificates that have been suspended, withdrawn or have expired should be handled in accordance with their actual status.

(2) Certification bodies bear responsibility for certificate information query services

In accordance with the requirements of Announcement No. 28, certification bodies shall provide free, real-time and convenient services for querying the validity of certification certificates, and shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the certification information they provide. Certified clients and relevant parties may query through the CTC official website.

(3) A certificate that cannot be found on the CNCA website does not mean the certificate is invalid

Certificates issued in accordance with certification rules formulated independently by certification bodies should be queried through the methods provided by those certification bodies. Therefore, the fact that such certificates cannot be found on the CNCA website does not mean that the certificate is invalid or has ceased to be effective. Relevant parties are requested to prioritize verification through our institution’s official website so as to obtain the most accurate certificate status information.
